- Is this machine designed for industrial use? Does the cardboard need to be free of staples, plastic, and labels prior to shredding?
- The HSM ProfiPack 400 is not designed for industrial use, but for smaller jobs. For larger jobs we recommend the HSM ProfiPack 425. Please see the link below for more information:

The machine's rollers can handle a small amount of soft metals, such as paper clips, but labels should be removed prior to inserting due to a tendency to gum up the blades on the shredder.

- can we get this machine in 440 v
- The recommended machine would be the HSM ProfiPack 425 cardboard shredder which is available in a 440v as a special order from Germany. This will typically take about 8-10 weeks to special order.
